Construction & Demolition
Project Case Studies
SafeAssure streamlined the current management system into an all-inclusive Workplace Health & Safety Management Plan and supporting Risk Register. This allowed the site team to have a more user-friendly approach to the implementation of the system. We also provided regular site inspections to stay on top of compliance.
With the development of their new management system and HSEQ Plan, SafeAssure successfully assisted Apollo through the desktop assessment and site audit stages to gain their OFSC accreditation in 2021. With this new high benchmark achieved, Apollo can now enter into head contracts for building works that are funded by the Australian Government.
APS engaged SafeAssure to further develop their WHS documentation to provide to the Office of Industrial Relations in support of their demolition license application. Documentation developed included all relevant demolition activities, including both the use of mobile earthmoving equipment (excavators) and manual demolition.
SafeAssure was engaged by Carbone Developments as part of their 53-luxury apartment ‘Park House Residences’ development to undertake a WHS Gap Analysis, develop a new Management System and provide ongoing WHS support on the project.
SafeAssure were engaged by Hutchinson Builders to conduct a Project Improvement Strategy across seven active projects being undertaken for the one key client, who was a national developer. SafeAssure undertook weekly sites visits across all projects to rapidly improve the standard of WHS across the sites and improve the relationship with the client from a WHS perspective.
SafeAssure were engaged by The GPT Group to undertake a multitude of functions during the 111 Eagle Street Façade works project, including SWMS’s reviews and signoff; review the team credentials, company experience and safety record; review safety docs, methodology and programme; and attend weekly WHS inspections to ensure continued compliance on site.
