OPERATIONAL INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

SafeAssure has been involved in Incident Investigations for over a decade. Previous investigations have included minor injury, property damage and the unfortunate circumstances surrounding a workplace fatality. The investigations have ranged from basic to comprehensive and have been carried out using different methodologies including:

These incident methodologies have been applied and have identified root causes, assisted in the determination of corrective actions and seen significant change throughout the organisation and their processes. 
Not only have our employees and contractors been involved in various types of incident investigations they have also implemented these skills across all Australian regulators and legislation as well as for incidents being assessed for compensation liability under different insurance schemes.
