Due Diligence

Home Services Due Diligence

Due Diligence is defined as “an investigation of a business or person prior to signing a contract, or an act with a certain standard of care.”

Do you engage subcontractors, appoint principle contractors or project manage companies throughout specific projects? If you do, you need to make sure that you have fulfilled your due diligence requirements and met your obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act. You can’t dissolve yourself from your obligations under the act and you can’t afford to not ensure that your employees and contractors are complying with their obligations either.

Let the team at SafeAssure assist in setting up a diligent review process for PCBUs or companies working under your control. It may be as simple as helping you develop your own checklists or maybe SafeAssure can carryout audits and reviews of your operations at regular intervals.

SafeAssure also develops training programs through partnerships with recognised legal practitioners to ensure that Directors, Boards, Senior Management and Officers are aware of their duties and obligations whilst ensuring that your systems reflect these legal requirements.
