SafeAssure Pty Ltd has been created after identifying the need for a broad range of consulting services across all industry sectors.
The services offered by SafeAssure have been enhanced as a result of vast experience at all levels of management in small to large organisations across multiple industry sectors. Specific experience has been gained in the development of management systems both internally and for both subcontractors and clients.
SafeAssure provides it services under guidance of its Strategic Plan incorporating the Operational Pillars. The Operational Pillars are integral to the success of the business and satisfaction of all stakeholders. They are the guiding principles of the company.
SafeAssure has developed a specific ability to understand the way in which client’s businesses operate and can develop systems that enhance the organisational culture whilst providing practical, efficient systems for implementation. The consulting services provided by SafeAssure are always made specific to the client’s needs however can be implemented as an integrated system, standalone management system or a defined solution to specific systems needed.
